*whispers*
FngKestrel, move your midget lumberjack to the otherside of the tower, then his lance will hit his own tower.
*whistles*

:D

FngKestrel 12-14-2004 01:37 AM

Wait, you just reposted the same pic I did by including it in your own post.
I think you should *slap* yourself for that one.

Nancy 12-14-2004 12:17 PM

*slaps myself* :p

VarsityDrinking 12-14-2004 12:39 PM

Now that we all have bruised cheeks....Let's get back to the Battle!

/walks out in g-string bikini bottoms holding 3rd Round Card (FYI: not a pretty picture)

FngKestrel 12-15-2004 02:05 AM

Tricky dobster. To change tact again, let's see you handle a Luftwaffe attack on your Lego tower! Pardon to the easily offended.

FYI, dobster, the image color is indexed, so you'll need to convert it to RGB Color in pshop before you work with it.

Nancy 12-15-2004 06:03 AM

Nice move!!

Say.. are those teeth on that plain or is it the glas window? :hmm:

dobster 12-15-2004 10:01 AM

hmmm...L...L...hmmm...L...

FngKestrel 12-15-2004 10:10 AM

Thanks, and that's glass. Some of the plane designs had large glass canopies in the front for various reasons.

dobster 12-15-2004 11:05 AM

That was surely a nice try, Young Fngkestrel, nice try for sure, yes. However, did you really reckon without my USA made "LIM-49A Spartan" surface to air missiles? It is indeed doubtful that you will be able to stop them intercepting your bombs, yes i believe, yes.

FngKestrel 12-15-2004 11:09 AM

Curses!

Back to the L-drawing board.

Ishmal 12-15-2004 03:21 PM

dobster 12-15-2004 11:40 PM

Cheers for your encouragment youse guyz. I personally wasn't convinced i'd be any good at this. I am certainly enjoying tha battle, HUZZAH!

FngKestrel 12-16-2004 12:00 AM

Thanks as well. I'm having as much fun doing this as I hope you are having watching.

Back to my scheming.

mutter...mutter...dobster...mutter...mutter...L...mutter...mutter

Avail 12-16-2004 08:44 PM

Haha you can obvoiusly tell FngKestrel is a WW2 buff. :)

Nice job guys, keep up the good work.

FngKestrel 12-17-2004 01:07 AM

Lol, blame it on my old roommate, who's even more of a WW2 buff.

So, knowing the superiority of the LIM-49A, I'm going to double back on my attack and call in the might of...

Lee Iacocca as he revitalizes the candy factory in the same way he did with Chrysler!
Learn more about him at your local library! Or on the web at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lee_Iacocca. :D

VarsityDrinking 12-17-2004 06:04 AM

The Lumberjack and Lee Iaccoca look suspiciously familiar....maybe its their shoes.

dobster 12-17-2004 08:39 AM

Uhm, I know this is a bit morbid but:

Quote:

"Iaccoca's wife died of complications from diabetes. He has since become an active supporter of research to find a cure for the disease, and has been one of the main patrons of the unorthodox diabetes research of Denise Faustman at Massachusetts General Hospital."
Wouldn't it be a bit distasteful for him to bankrole a CANDY factory after the all too relevant and tragic demise of his wife?

I think the public would be none too impressed with this LOWLY act! In fact they would positively LOATH him!

Coppertop 12-17-2004 10:38 AM

Awesome dobster. Simply awesome.

dobster 12-17-2004 11:14 AM

Aaaw shucks, Fanks Coppertop!

FngKestrel 12-17-2004 04:16 PM

Grumble, grumble...hmmm...

dobster 12-17-2004 06:17 PM

Fng, I got to give props to your skillz on the pencil tip (!) I've looked at the website of your favourite tutor and can see how well you've taken to the portrait stuff in particular. People, check out the look of Mr Iaccoca's face. That could be a photo! Lovin it Fng, lovin it!

FngKestrel 12-17-2004 08:13 PM

Thanks! I gotta give props to you too. You're a tricky opponent and your imagery is spot on. I seriously thought I had you with Lee Iacocca. I mean, dude, it's Lee Iacocca. How much more random can I get?

K-Wise 12-17-2004 08:37 PM

What was the Chrysler name for?

Asta!!

FngKestrel 12-18-2004 12:03 AM

Lee Iacocca left Ford to go help Chrysler. Pulled them out of debt, got a guaranteed loan from the US government. Thought it looked nice on top of the Candy Factory sign.

Ishmal 12-19-2004 05:26 PM

three days to go...

is FngKestrel stumped??? or is he just busy?? Hmmmm?

LOL. keep up the good work ppl!

FngKestrel 12-19-2004 11:49 PM

A little stumped, but also a shoddy internet connection.

Anyhow, I would think the public LOATHING would turn to LOVE after it's revealed that part of Lee's diabetes research is for LITE Candy, sugar-free in its making. :D

Ishmal 12-19-2004 11:57 PM

HaHaHa clever FngKestrel!

Nancy 12-20-2004 02:34 AM

Very clever indeed!

Avail 12-20-2004 12:08 PM

I love the contrast between the two artists. One is strictly hand-drawn while the other is computerized.

dobster 12-20-2004 03:49 PM

LOLOLOL! Nice one Fng. Right...urm...ok...urrm...

Cheers, Avail. I wasn't sure if folk would mind my using the 'puter. If I tried to do it like FngKestrel, I'd fall on my arse as they say over here.

dobster 12-20-2004 03:56 PM

I'm still laughing!!!!!

dobster 12-20-2004 06:02 PM

Okay. Allow me to introduce Alan the Leveret.

http://img137.exs.cx/img137/1577/leveret2ih.png

Bless him, he's absolutely sick of us trying to involve politics and public opinion and the media etc in order to disable a small Limpet Mine. So, he's decided to Lever the fucking thing off with a crowbar.

http://img137.exs.cx/img137/2760/crowbar6no.png

Coppertop 12-20-2004 06:10 PM

Nice move dobster. I can tell that mine frustrated ya.

FngKestrel 12-20-2004 06:10 PM

HahahaAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome. Truly awesome.

Ishmal 12-20-2004 06:11 PM

HaHaHa...
