it depends on what it is size ect... :)

It's a great exhibiton of your command form and the ability to draw hings realisticly, but its just not very exciting, its too gray. I mean I would kick up the contrast between the darkest and lightest parts.

This is a fantastic piece of artwork. Would like to see more motion/energy in the piece though. Seems like the horse is doing at most a trot round that barrel. Unless that's intended? The only other thing would be the horse's left ear. seems not quite right to me...


Anyways don't let my nitpick affect how you see the quality of the overall work. I think it's just superb work and I would love to see some more.

The ear is a little off, this is the first serious pic I did a long time ago. The horse is a barrell racer and he is limited to his speed around the barrels. As far as the light darks go the camera shot was bad, the flash lighted it up to much unfortunatly......

I've seen many a barrel race- when going around that barrel the horse doesn't slow much. I'm just saying the turn is a very action-packed scene: lots of footing kicked up, a heavy lean from the horse, etc. Lots of energy and movement.

It is because of the kid, and also I didnt pick pic they sias "well give you $200.00 to draw this!" and i siad "Um, ok!" :)

Very nice! And I agree, adding more environmental things like haze in the sky and dirt kicking up would only add to it's appeal ;)

Very nice! The body of the horse looks incredible and the boy's shirt looks good. Only complaints: Barrel bottom looks like a box and background is a little plain.

Unfortanatly the bottom of the barrel looks square cause it was dug into the dirt, I Guess i could have fixed it but I rushed to get it done thats why the background is the way it is :)
