It sort of remind me of the Ghost in the Shell movies or "Metropolis". Did you get the inspiration from comic books or?

I couldnt tell ya where i got the inspiration, just a sci-fi nerd i guess. I really love Ghost in the shell though (just watched the second movie this weekend) and Metropolis has been one of my favorite movies for years. even have a poster up in my house!
