i used some other blog type sites to learn css (this is the first time i have used it) so there used to be lots of parts from other sites that i was playing with.. i think right now the only thing left is my nav. bar at the top, and the only reason i haven't changed that is because i can't come up with anything i like better yet..

for the images (that section isn't done btw) i want to find some way to put images up automatically.. basically because i want to easily put an image or two up a day, without having to worry about making thumbnails..

hey, the site needs some work in my opinion, but what made me excited was your motion work with the swiss poster. some parts looked super tight, and it was nice that it was to one of my favorite squarepusher songs. awesome. good 3d in 2d space, were you using after effects for it?
as for the site, it kind of looks pretty plain and generic, i guess what everyone else was saying. also, i really don't get why you made this structure of having an area to display your work like in your portfolio section, but then break it when you click on images. why don't you put the images in the same way as the portfolio section? good start.

I looked at the source and then noticed the alternate style sheets and wondered, "Why?" and then I caught the buttons on the top right. Way sweet.
Oh... the only thing I didn't like was the PDF load of the resume right over the top of the site. Last edited by fnaqzna; 03-05-2004 at 07:51 PM.. |
