...I had to express my feelings on Alex Grey's work. Whenever I look at the pieces of art he has created, my eyes get a little misty with tears. His stuff is so colorful, vibrant, and just beautiful in general. My favorite pieces he has done are One, Lightweaver, Oversoul, and Despair. A lot of his work can be seen: HERE.

Those are incredible. I see an unmistakable similarity to Tool's Lateralus cover; is it the same artist?

At any rate, the works are beautifully done, and I like the subjects they represent, too. Thanks for sharing.

Yeah, Alex Grey did the Lateralus album cover for Tool.

(EDIT: If you're into Tool, and their music videos, check out this website: http://www.chetzar.com/. He has a lot of twisted, dark, yet beautiful sinister art.)

IO went and checked them out, and ended up being on that damned site for nearly half an hour when I was supposed to be cleaning! Very cool art, butbeing associated with Tool, no fucking wonder!

I am going to pick my favs and post them on another forum I frequent often.
