Fiddling with Bryce
1 Attachment(s)
So I have been fiddling about with a copy of Bryce for a bit now, and have put together some things.
Constructive criticism, good or bad, is welcome here. I want to get better at this. I designed this landscape for a homebrew label |

And here is the label

wow that's cool..
I've just started to fiddle with bryce myself actually.. need a new vid card already :( Mine didn't like the rendering and amount it was doin.. lol.. I like what you did with the label too very nice :) |
that would be the oddest label that i've ever seen.. if i were to see that in a store, i would think that it would have been synthetic. the machine made wood matches the machine made landscape, which holds the piece together well tho. good job. i don't know if it works with homebrew though.. just because that is handcrafted and uses organic materials.. doesn't really befit beer or wine.. whichever you are making. this screams technology and synthetic.

Analinguist,
Thanks for the constructive criticism. I can see where you could get that vibe from it. Do you think it's a matter of the landscape and wood grain being so artifcial looking? I would like your input on some of my other labels, particularly the one in This Thread with the "Daystar Sparklemead" label, about 6 or 8 posts down. |
Hey Tophat : )
I really like looking at yer brewlabels. I've always wanted to make a label for... "Regal lageR" however I suck at rendering |

Not promising, but if I find myself with the time, and inspiration hits, I may take a crack at this, |
