thx guys.
i'm not nearly as excited about this piece as i was the other day & i haven't had a chance to play any more with PS 7 yet. analinguist, i had been using PS 5.5, so i don't know what PS 6 was like, but i see a bunch of new brushes (notice the leaves in this img) & brush options, the text is nicer to work with now, the layers have some new effects, the tools have changed a bit, like immediately i noticed the paint bucket is gone. there's some new tools such as the healing tool (haven't played with that yet) & the note tool. i'm sure there's more that i haven't noticed yet. i just started using OS X about a month ago, so i am now jazzed to get up to speed on applications. overall tho, the upgrade wasn't as different & foreign as i'd expected. i ♥ photoshop ![]() i just need to learn how to utilize PS to its full potential. i think often i take the long approach to accomplishing imagery, where short cuts are there that i haven't discovered. P.S. thx to whoever moved this from the photography forum. d'oh! [blush]
