I have a tattoo idea but I can't draw for crap.
I've wanted to get a tattoo for a few years except it would have to be something unique. Recently I thought up this idea of getting a small double helix on the inside of my wrist, with the helix being built of binary. I'd also like it to be red. It will be rather small (no larger than a few inches or so), so it should be quite easy to cover up if I need to. Does this sound doable?
I know there are many very talented artists here, I was just wondering if I could ask one of you to give it a shot, as I think it would be a good idea to bring a picture in, rather than trust the tattoo artist to know exactly what I want. If anyone would like to try this out, that would be great, |
you can't draw for crap? just as an experiment, draw/sketch/doodle something on a napkin and scan it. Post it here and you will have at least 1-2 people say that you have great vision. its crazy :)
at any rate, you say you want a helix made in binary. Are you looking for 2 strings of 1's and 0's twisted together in the classic helix shape? Sounds interesting. |
Yep, that's exactly what i'm looking for. Maybe I'll give a little sketch a shot.

donīt make lines too close each others in tattoo design, tattoos `live` by age. too tight drawed tattoos turns out horrible.
|
that's a really good point, i'll remember that

If you're still needing a design I can see what I could come up with. I've done a few tattoo designs in the past (there's some of my work on here) and would be glad to work something up.
|
do you just want random 1 and 0 or do you want it to say something? I agree with the above. Post a rough sketch and I am sure someone here can help you fine tune it.

hehehe Im still waiting on the one you were going do for me.....I wont mention its been about a year now hehehehe |
Lol...I was just thinking over that design this morning! As you can see from my versus thread with MoNoXiDe, it's been a while since I'd been doing very many tattoo designs, since I was working a TON for the past few months (which seems to stifle my creativity). I'm going to see what I can get worked up tonight as far as a rough sketch goes, and I'll send it to you or post it here, whichever you prefer!
