i think the texture of the head is rendered in a different feel then its eyes and teeth are. maybe you could work on making them a little more cohesive, if you could put shading in or something like that like the rest of the head is.

try making the teeth not so even and flat, eyes too bright, or not the right color. But this is very impressive, i couldnt do this.

good values on the skin, but you should add a bump map to add some texture to it. and mute the eye color a bit... the bright red just doesn't look right with the bluish skin.

good modeling though, NURBS?

I liked the first one. The shiny skin had kind of a reptilian thing going. If all the teeth were pointy, it would look a little more sinister, but that's your call. Good job.

put the skin on the head back to the first one... only make it a dark redish color and make it just a bit less shiny.. this is an alien... dont give him human eyes... havent u seen any sci fi movie... the eyes need to be black with a bit of a shine to them.. the mouth also seems a bit too human, but overall it is pretty nice
