Not critical, but more opinions would be nice. :)

I suppose it's nice, but i myself am not too fond of colors, hehe.

It looks alright, a tad small perhaps, but nice.

The layout is nice, I believe it'll work fine once you have everything set into place, however, I found the colors to just sort of clash. Not pleasant on the eyes. I think perhaps its the brown/khaki in the box containing text clashing with the blue.

not bad.. but is it gonna be that small when its done?
u should make it a bit bigger if possible. and i think instead of the content area being so dark you should change it to blue or red.
