Alien Versus Pooh
Piglet shows Pooh what interesting things he found this morning... It's stuck! Assistance is required. Rabbit just pretends no one is home until it leaves. Next stop...Owl's Many thoughts are thunk to no avail. Sleep it off, Pooh! With sleep comes dreams! Some strange Some terrible Some strangely terrible and still others felt perfectly natural. Some made no sense at all. During all this, Eeyore begins to feel the consequences of his new tail. Pooh's downtime produces salubrious results. Finally he can return to sunny constitutionals unimpeded. Dare I continue? Last edited by Giant Hamburger; 02-02-2010 at 12:53 PM.. |

Well, considering the fact that every time I've read the title of this thread, it has registered as "Pooh Versus Allen"....
That always comes up in my mind as "Pooh Versus Allen Ginsberg." Why, I think that would be a decent course for it to take.

I'm very impressed.
Although my wife pointed out that taken out of context, "chest buster Pooh" could actually be "horny Pooh".

GH, you should move that awesome book cover to the first image of the OP.

I never realized stuffed animals held so much blood. Then again I never knew that facehuggers would find stuff animals so friendly either, so what the hell do I know?

Truely awesome, GH. Unless you have alternate publication plans, this should be reposted in a public forum once it is complete and we can all link to it socially...I was going to submit this to reddit but the Artwork forum is not visible to guests.

You guys are nice!
I have no plans other than to cheat death. It has been fun to draw and I have a few more to post and a few more to finish before I move on to something else. Where would you move it? I thought the art forum was open to the public. I don't really care that much either way. You may do as you see fit. I am easy like that. |

GH, let me confirm which are open forums and which are membership-protected. We'll find a good place for it so that it can get the attention it deserves. This is far too amusing not share with the rest of the world.

I suggest perhaps a new thread with the entire story in the OP, when you do make it public. That way it makes more sense to post to reddit and whatnot.

Leave your window open and wear your flimsiest gown,
I will come to you like Zues some night when you need it most. Meanwhile, Pooh and Piglet look on with horror as the newly released face huggers spider around the wood. Owl takes this opportunity to take care of a problem by swallowing it whole and then compressing the indigestible parts into a pellet, which he will gift to Pooh at his next tea party. |
