It takes time to love the bear.
When I was a child I was convinced that a bear would burst into my room late one night and devour me, misting my walls and windows with my own blood and viscera. My grandfather convinced me that there were no child-eating bears in south Texas and if there were they would have come into town from the north and passed many plumper more juice-filled kids up the road. This helped. Later in this thread, if I still cheat death, I will draw my childhood vision for you. Now I just think they are underrated musicians. |

Oh yes, it counts.
I still long for the daffodil days of yore. Days when a bear tore you limb from limb and you LIKED IT. MM, people dressed as bears count double. Other animals dressed as bears are also encouraged. I'd like to point out that I especially like bears on bicycles. |

That is not your average bear!
I think he is about to wink at me and then rend me limb from limb. My desire to embrace him is undiminished. I still have a couple of bears inside me clawing to get out. Until they do here's another old one I found with a bear in it... |

After looking at some photos of bears on bicycles this afternoon, I decided that this one best represents how a bear should behave when he is asked to put on a tutu and pedal a bike around in a circle.

Hail oh Masticorous Progenator and Unbenign One!
I just returned from a trek about the Eastern Regions of your United States and found this call for bears. I have two on file. If these are suitable for your thread, I am gladsome. However, if my bears lack a certain panache or unsettling subtext, I must needs delve into the Web of Dark Desire and capture alternative images to display before you.

this is a bear painting i did with fabric paint, sharpie, and a squeegee. the bear is about to rip apart the flower, petal by petal. and then the stalking bird will peck its little eyes out.

Thank you dearest Hamburger!
I searched far and wide over the project for a reason to return, and these threads have always been by far my favorites. Thank you for bringing me back! This playful bear is for you, old friend. "HA ha! It's all squishy inside!"

I just did some googling for bears... and all I came across were pictures of very hairy gentlemen in various states of undress.
Sadly none of them were wrestling giant cephalopods... ---------- Post added at 08:32 AM ---------- Previous post was at 08:04 AM ---------- LINK Quote:
