art project
I'm almost done with my art project... i'm just trying to decide how to present it. The base image is a scan of a photocopy of an 18"x24" cross hatching drawing I did for my art class.... try saying that five times fast.
The first way is to just print each section out (30"x40") and just line them up... I sorta like the way it could be interpreted as a descent from the christian icon to the antichrist cross, with the indifferent math symbol in the center... http://bermudatriad.netfirms.com/artt4.jpg the second way i sorta like a little more just for the persistance of the horizontal line through the image, and I think it'd be more fun to present the image in a stepped way like that. http://bermudatriad.netfirms.com/artt5.jpg just copy the URL's into a new window... for lack of a good free image hosting service. |

Nicely done BermuDa. great job
|
I like the second one better :)
Very cool though... |
I prefer the first one, actually. The second, while cool, is goiong to be hard to pull off due to the fact that shaped artwork is almost unversally poorly recieved.
|
THe first one has more order to it.. I think the second is much more appealing and it draws your eye... it depends on what effect you want to achieve
|
i like the first one better because the red lines don't run together. it all depends on what you're going for, really.
|
well I ended up presenting it with the horizontal line continuous like the second one, but with the left and middle panel switched. I was only able to have it on 3 sheets of paper, so It's like 1/10 the size it should be =\
