Hentai is a fun form of artwork. I think with a little extra time taken for details, smoothing out the rough edges and maybe add a few action lines this would be even better.

i don't mean to offend u or anything, but i think hentai is sick, and i don't think it's art, but that's just me. Drawing cartoons in sexual situations is a little perverted, wouldn't you agree?

Personally I think that the situation is excessively sick, but alot of anime and hentai has alot of correct musculature and general figuredrawing elements in it... in that the artists are very dedicated to the actual human form and the pictures are only slightly cartoony. In this respect i think that hentai is a really cool form of artwork because it's hard to master.
But it's sick yeah, you're right

I'm probably being trolled, but I feel the need to say it anyway:
If you think hentai is sick, why look at it? The topic is clearly labeled as such. It's not like the artist went out of his/her way to trick you into clicking the link, nor did s/he personally message you telling you that hentai is the most wonderful thing in the world or the only true art form ever. Why then, do you feel the need to give condescending feedback?
Keep negative feedback to yourself. This person went through a creative process to think up the image, then drew the image in a drawing program. That makes it art regardless of subject or materials used.
