A little help needed.
Well, maybe not a little. I've seen great pictures taken on this site. I would like to learn how to take a picture of peoples corneas, not the eyelids involved, just the cornea and pupil. What camera would do the trick, has to be a digital pic.
Is there any camera able to get good color definition of the cornea, If some of you could try your equipment on a friend and post it it would be great. Eyes are windows to the soul. Thanks. |

well you need a camera with manual settings. #1. using the automatic settings will give you a flash which will blind the eye and make the picture all white.
what i usually do is set it to manual, no flash, but short exposure(time the shutter stays open?... something like 1/250) and increase the light(F i think?) that way you have a very short time picture with lots of lights comming in which will make the picture just right. (slow exposure might be good but you'll get some blurring. now i know my words might not be perfect but i hope you get the idea? maybe someone with better understanding of photography will be able to help. EDIT: maybe a mod can move this thread to the photography forum so that more knowlegable people like JJ can reply.
