was this objective simply observational drawing or is the second picture supposed to imply a deeper meaning as actually the two side by side are quite interesting

This was observational drawing with one light source. The second picture is just the photo finished. Here are the final products which will be turned in for grading tomorrow...don't really know how this teacher grades.
Hopefully will be alright.
