Help identifying painting
 

My partner had this little print with her for years and then it was torn in one of our many moves. I am now trying to locate a larger one for our anniversary (2 months) and having a hell of a time finding it.

It is rather obscure, done by a relative unknown (i think). She recalls that it was titled "Ophelia at the mirrors" but that may not be the case.

What a great idea for a gift! Unfortunately I can't find a painting with that title.

But look at the top of it; it says 1525 (or 1325) which I'm guessing is the date of its creation. Isn't that the artist's name to the left?

This is a work (I can't find it still) by FERRUCCIO FERRAZZI, done in 1925!

I wasn't able to find that particular work either online nor a place that sells copies of it (actually I'm not sure if I did find one as all the sites that mention/contain his work are in Italian). Have you had any luck so far? There must be some Italian firm which sells it. If you're having difficulties finding one then let me know; I have an Italien friend who may be able to help you :)

That would be awesome! Yah, noone seems to sell it. There was only one place that I saw that sold any of his work.

Where? If they have some of his work then they may be able to get their hands on that particular work too!

How about asking around at some of your local galleries; maybe they know where/how to get the print.

My friend is currently looking for the painting but since Ferruccio Ferrazzi's work isn't widely distributed in Italy she may not have any success at all.

As a last resort you could buy this book and then have your local print house scan/print it for you :)
