I really like how you capture the essence of wind blowing across to the left. It gives a sense of floating or flying as dilbert mentioned.

I'd also have to agree that the tear in her hand looks a little goopy :)

I love this picture. I think it really sets a "saying goodbye" sort of mood. Very nice.
