So, I need some help...
I am planning on getting a tattoo soon. I know what I would want to get but I cannot design it due to my lack of artistic ability.
I was kind of at a dead point on designing a tattoo until I was reading Jason762's thread on, well, designing a tattoo. So here's my idea. I want a gasmask. kinda like this... except for the straps in the back, i just want the typical looking front-mask part. But I want it to look like it was painted on me with a stencil and almost like the paint is running down my back. Any help is greatly appreciated. |

Haha, I plan on getting it on my shoulderblade. It has several different reasons behind it.
1) My dad is in the army and he happens to be biological chemical response unit. 2) My best friend and I are going to get it done together and basically, for the lack of an unesessarily long story, gasmasks are like our reminders of each other... 3) and I think it does look pretty bad-ass. and NG, that looks amazing. I love how it looks stencilly but the liquefy thing isn't what I had in mind... maybe I'll just go with the stencilly look without the paint drips. And I don't have PS cause I'm on Macintosh :-\ |

If you want them side by side, it's simply a matter of making a double-sized new background, choosing the images and edit/copy, edit/paste onto the new doc.

So, from your original image, after a little cleaning up, this is what I have:
No dripping paint but I expect that you can ask the tattoo artist what the best way to obtain that is. Good luck, show us the final result when/if you get it!
