lingerie - first timer needs help!
 

I bought some lingerie a few weeks ago to surprise my boyfriend. It's been a hectic few weeks, but I think that tonight's the night to break it out.

Question - How exactly do I do this? Just slip away to the bathroom and put it on when he's getting ready for bed? Wait till he's in the other room? Run upstairs, light a few candles, put it on and call him upstairs?

I'm clueless.

I don't really have that knack for the romantic that most women seem to have...

The third option seems best really, where you go upstairs alone, pretending you're doing something, light some candles then call him up to you. Seems nice and romantic!

I have done the 3rd option in the past, it always seems to work. Just relax and have fun with it.

Heh, I think the 3rd is the most practical.
In the past I have been known to wear lingerie under my clothes all day for a surprise...but most lingerie is not made for longer-than-2-minute wear.

I honestly don't think a guy would care too much HOW you secretly put the lingerie on, as long as he gets to see you in it.

I agree that the guy won't care too much. I used to dress and crawl under the covers like everything was the same and then when he climbed in bed he got a surprise. Now, we enjoy shopping together. That way we both get things we like. Then he helps me dress and undress. Fun foreplay is always involved in this part. There isn't a surprise, but it's still fun. ;)
I think that anyway you do it will be fine...men just like to see their women sexy :)

You know...I am so glad this was brought up. I have no clue how you even go out to purchase such things. I've bought one piece that said "one size fits all" um...yeah right!

If it's sexy panties and bra (or even corset or something close to the body), I like to wear them all day (or at least for a few hours) under some really frumpy and/or plain clothes. Start messing around or undress in front of whomever is on the receiving end and you've got the whole element of surprise.

DG, it's tough when there really are no nice places in town to get stuff. I get all mine online or when I go down south.

Personally I go for the element of surprise. My boyfriend doesn't really care for lingerie (he'd rather just get me naked) but when I do wear it, he's appreciative. Whether he likes it or not I keep buying it ;) because I like to be sexy for me.

I don't really think a guy really cares where or how he gets to see it....He'd rather just see it come off!

I haven't done this to often but what has worked wonderfully is some heavy petting, tie your man loosely to the bed, leave his pants on and shirt off, quickly jump into something sexy and then tease him until he's begging for more. Usually works on b'days, anniversaries. And if you want to wear it again, better take it off yourself.
