How Carmen Electra got my butt off the couch
Yup, Aerobic Striptease for me! I just wanted to share with you girls who were thinking "Perhaps I should start working out" that I have started doing Carmen Electra's Aerobic Striptease thingee and I really, really like it!
My problem with working out has always been it's hard to stay motivated to keep going. Yeah, I feel really good after I work out but to do so involves me driving to the gym, getting in gym clothes, working out (complete with 38D breasts strapped in a bra that's like duct tape from hell and my size 18 curves in spandex), showering in those gym showers (eww!) and driving home. So, the payoff rarely motivated me to get off the couch. Recently, however, Martel bought me Aerobic Striptease (because I had said I wanted to try it out) and I *love* it! It makes me feel very, very sexy, very proud of my curves, and very happy with my body. Plus, it makes me really, really horny to dance around my living room Plus, Martel is in HEAVEN having a wife that regularly does stripper moves. I love the instructions, they're very easy to follow, and Carmen Electra is so pretty it's fun to watch her dance too! Just thought I'd share with everyone, as I know how difficult it can be to be motivated to exercise

My roomate actually bought these our sophomore year. They're fun to do and an original idea. If nothing else it definently helps you stretch and gain flexibility.

I have never heard of this. I often dance around the apartment attempting to be sultry and sexy. I don't think it works too well. JJ just sits and looks at me like I'm crazy half the time. Not the reaction I expect.
I haven't bought a workout video since the Grind workout when I was in high school. That was funny and fun. I may have to add this to my Christmas list. It might end up sitting around on a shelf, but I'm sure I'd have some fun with it. And maybe jj can get enough laughs to make it worth the money. Thanks for sharing.

Have you guys heard of the SFactor DVD's? This is a pole dancing type workout, that apparently Teri Hatcher does, it's also been on Oprah and it looks sooo cool...only downside is it's a little expensive and I can't afford it right now. But I'm really interested...also, the 1st two DVD's don't need an actual pole! I think this is the way to go for getting motivated for fitness...get fit and more sensual in one go. Great tip Sage!

Yeah, Best Buy has the Carmen Electra one on for about... twelve dollars or so. Plus, what I like is it teaches you actual moves strippers use, and how to do them, so you end up looking professional when you dance around. There's even a DVD in the series about the art of the lapdance

This sounds like so much fun. And I do have a really hard time gettng motivated. And I'm sure my husband would love it too! Now I'm not sure if I can wait for Christmas to buy though.
