Being pregnant & getting your period.
I've noticed that in other posts people don't seem to know that sometimes even when your pregnant you can still get your period..well its not really your period..its some hormonal thing that i don't understand but it involves bllood at that time of month even when your pregnant. its not all that rare...my birth mother did'nt know she was pregnant till i had been there almost 6 months..she just assumed she was getting fat...she drank diet cola and wouldnt eat because of it...same with a close friend of mine..and several friends of my mothers. if there is ANY chance that you could have gotten pregnant just because you think you have yoru period doesnt mean your not. take a pregnancy test.(hehehe forgot what those were called )
and despite common myth..you can get pregnant while your on your period. sorry had to post it since very few people seem to know about it...

I had a roommate in college, who until the night she went into labor, had no idea she was pregnant. She drank heavily, she was a cheerleader, and just thought she had gained weight. She really never looked pregnant, she just had a bit of tummy, thought from drinking.
Luckily for her the baby was born healthy. I'm sure there were other signs there, but because she got her period every month (or so she said) she never dreamed she was pregnant. Now that was a fun phone call to make to her parents.

I know I have to be super-cautious because my mother had her period the first month of pregnancy. I've yet to have unprotected sex and use two methods at all times just to be on the safest side possible.

hmmm..something to do with like it being attached but the lining still like losening aroun dit..maybe like a bodys habit? i mean our periods are hardly perfect or totally understood..some people even think that its a pretty new thing (as in like 1000 years) even getting a period at all...
