I personally haven't had it done, but I know you have to have a certain shape of clit in order for them to pierce it. A lot of people mistake a hood piercing for a clit piercing. I guess not many women have the right type of clit to do it. A hood piercing takes a less time to heal than a clit piercing too.

I have my hood done, and it wasnt painfull at all and depends on the certain kinda ring you have in if it helps or not! Most the time is does tho, it helps with sensations.

Interesting... I was thinking of getting it done to entertain myself and my husband.
But I dont want to have to go w/o sex for a prolonged healing period. I guess if I did, it would have to be a hood ring, cause I dont have a clit that really protrudes. I just has this idea that it would make it alot more sensitive. Thanks for the input. Last edited by yuckfoomaster; 10-26-2004 at 08:53 AM.. |

I have a hood one and I thought it was very painful, but only for a second. I love it and haven't had any complants from men. I would suggest a hood one because I've heard that there is 50-50 chance of loosing sensation with a clit peircing.

well i get off easily during sex... one guy said i must have a football field sized g-spot so i knew cumming wasnt going to be a problem.. plus i found out that u could loose some sensation not all so it wouldnt be like i was numb down there just possibly take a lil more effort... regardless it was well worth it.. just cross my legs bounce my leg up and down a couple times and then mmmmmmmmmmmmmm... hell a breeze could get me off now

Don't get me wrong, it sounds sooo awesome. I just wouldn't want to risk it personally. I've had one piercing in my life, and it was my septum. I went balls out, and had it done with a 10 gage.
That was in my badass chick years... Ten years later and I can still stick things through it, (probably a 14) even though I haven't worn anything in it in 4-5 years. |

I'm not sure, but I've heard the same thing about nipple peircings. Mine are not as sensitive as they were at first, but it has been almost ten years. You have to think about all the nerve endings in the clit, I guess there is a chance that you will cut some of the endings and not have the same sensitivity.
