Okay, so about 5 months ago I had a baby. I used to have nice boobs. Now it seems that they have lost the firmness. My question is, do any of you ladies know what I can do to regain the firmness? I'd like to use a boob job as a last resort.

Are you breastfeeding? Your breasts will be heavier if you are and once you are done while they still might be bigger, the heavyness should disappear.

there are a ton of exersizes you can do...seem to work great on my friends who have had kids check online

From what my friends have been through, five months is too soon for you to regain the firmness of your breasts after your first pregnancy especially if you're breastfeeding...my best friend had a baby a year and half ago and her breasts look great now. She exercised and went on a diet soon after having her baby, and yes she did breastfeed.
