first trip to the gyno
 

this is a story about this girl i know and her first trip to the gyno. she was pretty nervous about letting a doctor see her in all her glory. she made sure to wash and groom nicely, and then decided that she'd use a spray so that she would smell nice. so she gave a quick spray and went off to her appointment. when the doctor went to take a look, he said, "wow, nice of you to get all dolled up for me". she was kinda surprised because it wasn't like she really went all out...until she looked down and saw that her spray was actually spray glitter and she had glittered her whole crotch.
i got a pretty big kick out of it, thought you girls might appriciate it.

LMAO that is the funniest thing i've heard all day.

especially since Will and i have an inside joke about glittertwats.

Taking a trip to the gyno really isnt all that bad. The first time i went i was as nervous as hell....but i eventually got over it, and it wasnt tha big of a problem. A nice doctor makes it 20 times better. But the first trip is always the worst.

The first time I went I was so nervous. She kept telling me to scoot my butt down and open my legs more. I was mortified. Then she puts this little light on a strap and sticks it to her forehead and I felt like my vagina was a giant cave that she was trying to explore!

i actually was pretty ok with mine. i think i was expecting something really terrible, so it was no big deal. also, my doc's a lady so i like that too. although i'm open to letting strange men see my genitals from time to time....

I hop right up and put my stuff in his face...Hurry up and check under the hood doc..I'm late for a meeting....

That must be mortifying... seeing how she was nervous to go in the first place.. and then to have a guy do it on top of that. I had a friend who was nervous about going as well... I don't know if she did anything like that, but it does sound like her.

Ive never been to a gyno, havent been to a Dr since I was 17 (22 now). Im too nervous and too worried bout it to go.

I need to head back for a pap smear soon, as it's been over five years and I should really be having them every two years. But I'll make sure I go to a female doctor, and the visit is specifically for that, rather than going for a sore throat and she tells me to hop up on up for a scrape while I'm there. I need to be in that mindset first.

I have had that sent to me in an email so many times.
I dont think it ever bothered me, my first time going I was pregnant. I had so much blood taken for tests and they checked me down there so many times I felt like everyone in gods creation had seen me.

I trip to the gyno is nothing until you get a LEEP procedure...I'll take a PAP anyday. Nice story though.
