Sexual Problems

Hey everybody-
I've read a lot about people and their poor libido, but I know why my libido is bad. When I have sex, it chafes (spelling?) the inside of my vagina. Do I just need to pour on the lube to help me out (though it gets kind of sticky then too)? Is there something wrong internally that I can fix? Do I just not get wet enough? Has anyone had this problem?

Even when I'm enjoying sex and feel wet it hurts me. Do I need to go to the doctor? I asked here first because I'm kind of embarrased. Maybe I just need tons more foreplay...

If anyone has any tips for someone who get's kind of chafed inside when she has sex, HELP! It's painful, but I want to have sex.

Thank you

If it's bothering you that much, and lube doesn't help, go to a doctor.

And in the meantime, there is a lot more to sex that is enjoybale than just intercourse. You may want to talk with your partner about all the other things you can and are willing to do; then have fun. Don't let this stop you from intimacy.:icare:

If it's painful or uncomfortable you should definately go to the Dr. I just got done treating BV and then Yeasties. Before I started treatment the major symptom was cottage cheesy discharge, smelly, and VERY sensitive and uncomfortable during sex. Catch this now and you might not get too sore.

How long you been having sex? takes awhile to get adjusted, perhaps making sessions shorter, incoporating more foreplay that doesnt require penetration, lube will help.... you may also just be really small or your boy is really big. it happens. and sometimes if youre afraid its going to hurt youll naturally tense up and make it more miserable so consciously think about loosening up.

when it comes down to it, more sessions will make it more enjoyable, or at least i hope that for ya! g'luck

Definitely lube but I'd say you need a lot more foreplay than you're getting too. Lube will add 'wetness' but lots of foreplay will turn you on, make your pussy wet and give you that horny 'Gotta have it' feeling.

Lube helps a LOT (but yeah, it's really sticky and coooolllddd!!), but really, one thing that REALLY helps is LOTS AND LOTS of foreplay, or spit. Sounds weird, but whatever. Take your time.

If you're on the pill, or any other type of medication, check the side effects, because 'vaginal dryness' could potentially be a side effect to anything. I've never really had a problem in that department, but i invested in some lube anyway... best stuff i've ever tried, it's called 'Eros' it's kind of expensive, but it's my 'miracle lube' it can be used as massage oil as well because it's water based, doesn't block pores at all (so you won't break out or anything yucky like that) and the more friction that is applied, the better it works.... give it a shot perhaps?

Aside from that, all i can say is "if it hurts, don't do it" *shrugs*

hope things get better hun!

if you're using condoms, would it be possible that you're allergic to latex or something? just an idea.
i'd say go to your doctor, they know best.
good luck!

I feel any time that a woman has problems in the vaginal area she should see her doctor. As uncomfortable as it may be, it is important to know exactly what is causing the problem and if it is something that needs medical treatment.

IF there is no medical ailment, I recommend a lubricant called WET. It does not get sticky and it works like your natural production of fluids. Also, as fallenangel said, many medications can induce vaginal dryness. Consider this and do your research if you are on any meds.

Many post menopausal women experience vaginal dryness due to the drop of estrogen levels in their system. This can be treated with a vaginal cream that increases the production of vaginal secretions.

Again, first and foremost, go see your doctor.
