I used to say something similar to my friends when we would go out drinking.

"Here's to you, here's to me, here's to friends we'll always be, and should we ever disagree, fuck you, here's to me!"

I'm thinkin' yeah, this could apply to the men we love as well...and a current situation I am in. Hmmm...
