One of my pet peeves!
 

I don't know why it seems so gross to me but I can't stand peeing over top of somebody else's pee in the toilet.

I know it's a waste of water, but I always have to flush the toilet and make sure there is clean water there before I can go.. even if it is one of my close friends' pee.

Am I strange or do you girls feel the same way? :)

well I've spent some time traveling to egypt where water is conserved if at all possible. It is something I used to cringe at, but now It doesn't bother me. I mean if the pee is REALLY DARK, or smelly then yeah I'll flush it, but otherwise I don't mind. What probably has you feeling skittish is the subconscious thought that "HEY, somebody else peed here on this seat" A lot of gals don't like that idea and hence the "hover method" was born. If perhaps you feel you are one of these galls and think it wouldn't be so bad to pee if you didn't have to sit, check this site out!

Personally I think it's kind of cool, but i haven't had the chance to really try it out. Too affraid I"m gonna pee all over myself. I think I may try in the shower some time or something. Anyway my bf lives in a college dorm so it would be kinda cool to creep him out one day by standing next to him at the urinals.

I can go over my kids' or husband's, if I come across it though and I have no idea who left pee in the toilet, I flush... but just from being rushed, I have no problems. Ok, you go first, now move I gotta pee.

strangers pee? No.

but if it was my bf's or family member or whatever, sure.

In that I have two young boys who continually forget how to flush the d*** toilet, I have no problem peeing on pee! If I were to go to a restaurant/bar though & came across that I would absolutely flush first. Just fussy that way I guess!

I guess i'm scared it will jump up and get me! j/k ;)

But the idea of it splashing up onto my ass is probably why it bothers me so much.. yucky!

Sorry I know this is along a different line but one of my biggest pet peeves ever.....people who don't have the manners to hold a door open for you if you are following them into a store.

I understand you perfectly! I am the exact same way...If one of my kids forget to flush, I cannot go until I flush it down.

The funny thing is my Son is the same way and he is only 4. Sometimes he will come in right when I am done and I just tell him to go, but he won't. He has to flush it. Guess I don't blame him.

Now when you put it that way....

(i also pee in the shower with my fiance in the morning...its clean water and washes right off!! hehe)

I dont mind peeing after another without flushing that bad..I just make sure theres no back fire from below. It hasnt happend but if it did..That is what my guess is your pet peeve is about.Possible? At my best friends house they use well water and flush only after two pees cause they have to conserve water and electicity to provide for the pump to flush. It doenst bother me unless its my best friends family's pee.

First of all, I have to say I really like the site you posted, redrose. I can't wait to try it either. :D It would be really funny to pee standing up in front of my bf. lol.

On to topic...I usually flush at home even if it's a family memeber, friend or bf. There are those times, however, like early in the morning or really late at night that I just don't bother.

In a public bathroom, I ALWAYS flush if there's something there. YUCK!!!! (I "hover" also) ;)
