If you could change one thing....
If you could change one thing about your body what would it be?
I would like to have less in the hip area. I inherited them from my mom and I carry a lot of weight there. I can't wear certain shirts if they grab at my sides because they just don't look right. Maybe someone knows some good exercises to help? |

I'm very small in the chest area, and it used to drive me crazy. All I wanted was to be bigger. Thankfully I've grown out of that stage. But another thing I inherited was the tendency to gather weight in my tummy. Its always the last place I lose weight. So, if I could change anything, it'd be to get a flatter stomach. But really, I'm happy with my body.

I would have to say my stomach. From have two children, it is just not the same anymore. So I would give anything to change it.

I want from my belly button to mid thigh to look the way it did before I had kids. I want a magic button that fixes that *sighs*
I have what I consider saddle bags, Jaid doesn't mind them, or at least is smart/nice enough to not say anything about it, but they drive me insane, I hate that my legs don't have a smooth line to them, but instead have a bulge after where they should be slimming down to my knees. Grrrrr... going to go look up exercises again, maybe I'll find someone who knows what the hell I mean. |

I would say my tummy, but I would get complaints across the board from the guys in my life, so fuggedaboutit. Anything I want to change I can...it's just a matter of actually DOING it.

I would change my nose of all things! It's not huge or anything I just hate the shape of it! Other than that I am very very happy with my body and...this comes from a girl who certainly is not a model .
Oh....and if there is a magic button to fix things......may I please have my pre-kid boobies back? PLEASE!!!!!!! Pretty pretty please.

The only thing I would change is my nose....but that's because my mom always made fun of it ....Alpha phi and I have had this very discussion and when I told him "my nose" he surprised me with what he said...He told me that my nose (sideview) was the first thing that atracted him to me. sure he noticed my bod and breasts but what man doesn't ? He likes my nose the way it is....I'm getting over it...I don't hate it as much as I used to...Thanks to him
I can just work out to tone up but I actually like how my body is....5'7" , 130lbs. 32C rack Alpha Phi loves it.....I'd like to lose maybe five pounds but I don't dwell on it....

Well, I guess the one thing about my body that bothers me the most is my tummy. It's not too bad, but if I lost 15 lbs and did some crunches it would look pretty good.
I'd also love to have smaller arms. I swam for many years and had strong, musclar arms...but we all know what happens after a few years of being relativly inactive. :P

If i could change one thing it would be my belly. It was so flat and shapely a few months back, but a crappy college schedule and too much fast food has killed my washboard tummy. My bf insists he doesn't mind but everytime I look in the mirror I can't help but cringe at the flab protruding from my stomach. Anyway I'll be back to running a mile everymorning and biking 20 miles every weekend this summer to fix that "little" problem

Atropos4- You sound like you have the sweetest relationship! Rock on for finding a great guy! That makes you feel great!
and what I would change? of course like most all the other woman on here my stomach, love handle things. Do you think that we all think this because of all the bullshit models that have these flat ass stomachs and thats all we see on tv these days? and not to mention the styles for woman where you can't find any shirts that are actually long, I mean that actually go past your belly button. Sorry guys I have issues with that! thanks for listening! (or reading i mean)

definitely my tummy. you know when you sit down and you get the budge, so you have to "sit back." if only i could be like before and slouch (sp?). oh, and most of all, i have this birthmark on my left temple. you can't tell in pictures because i've learned how to hide it, but its so ugly. its not the typical discolored tan color, or even the red, its friggin blue with darker frecklers inside it. so i get this all my life, " ohhh, what happened to your eye??" like someone punched me or my parents beat me. yeh, people can be cruel without knowing it.
