strengths and weaknesses
 

I have recently graduated from college and am involved in job searching. And during interviews I have found that I am often asked what my strengths and weaknesses are. I am asking all you gals what you think yours are since it is along the same lines of what you like and disllike about yourself.

strengths
1. I have motivation. When there is something I want done then I do it.
2. Everything I do is going to be done right. There is no point in doing something half-assed if you are just gonna have to do it again.
3. I am able to look at things objectively. I can analyze my feelings and find a logical explanation for why I am feeling them. It's also a good way to get over being mad or upset.

Weaknesses
1. I value honesty very highly. This sometimes causes me to say things in a blunt manner that can be taken offensively.
2. It frustrates me when people don't do their fair share. I hate feeling like I am being used. This causes me to not want to do anything for certain people if I think they aren't going to appreciate it or will take advantage of me.
3. Sometimes I get caught up in thinking in the short run when I should be thinking in long-term and vice versa. I want to enjoy myself now but also plan for the rest of my life.

Strenghts:
I am ambitious. I have high expectations of myself and get to them.
I have a high sense of self-worth.
I am honest.
I know how to get what I want.

Weaknesses:
I am not a patient person.
I don't like kids much, unless they are well behaved.
I get frustrated easily.
I plan too far in advance.
I hate to spend money.
I have the mentality that people in a group are dumber than if you were to talk to someone one on one.

Strengths
1. I'm a very good listener, people come to me for everything
2. I'm not afraid to speak my mind
3. I can be very social
4. I can usually get what i want without hurting other people to get it
5. I have motivation
6. I'm not the brightest, but im one of the brighter crayons in the box

Weaknesses
1. I can be blunt and people dont appreciate that
2. I'm stubborn
3. I never give up
4. I trust people waaaaaay too much
5. I take pity in people and they tend to use me

STRENGTHS
-i know my self worth
-i'm a good friend
-i listen to you and your problems. people come to me for support
-i'm ambitious and free-spirited, independent, etc
-i'm strong, even when i think i'm weak..

WEAKNESSES
-i get caught up in the details too much instead of looking at the big picture
-i live too much exteriorly than interiorly. my life revolves around the people around me instead of more for myself..
-i overthink

Strengths:
i'm very well organized
i'm able to build on people's strengths to address their weaknesses (teacher)
i'm able to put research into practice
i walk my talk
i have high expectations of myself, yet can be forgiving of myself and others

Weaknesses
i don't always come across the way i intend
i am straight forward (blunt)
i am a poor speller
i can over analyze

Strengths
1. Highly motivated
2. Team oriented, work well with others and on my own
3. Honest
4. Like doing things right the first time
5. I'm a good speller, good grasp of my native language, heh

Weaknesses
1. Working too hard where some people tend to take advantage of that.
2. My emotions get carried away sometimes if I see someone not doing their fair share.(I've improved on this immensely)
3. Occasionally look too far ahead of everyone else instead of the matter at hand.
