hi. new to the forum. my amazing husband and i, both 30, are approaching our 4th anniversary, although we've been together since we were 18. No children yet, although we've been working at that for quite some time, but not so long that the trying isn't still fun!

Hey all, I was bored this morning and started reading through all my old posts. I found I'd never introduced myself here, so I'm changing that.

I'm 23, married, working as an administrative assistant to a financial planner. I have one dog and one special kitty. No children yet, and not planning on it for a few more years. I've been around TFP since 2003 but I tend to come and go. I'll post for a bit and then not show back up for a few months. Nice to read through and see all the new lovely ladies.

Out of all TFP the Ladies Lounge is my favorite place. It's always the first I check when I log in. Thanks to everyone for always being there.

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I saw the 'Ladies only' thread. My first thought was 'oh sure, that's where all the pervs are lurking.'
But after reading through some of your posts I decided that it certainly can't hurt to introduce myself. After all, the pervs probably already have us sorted by our effeminate names and typing styles.

So, I'm married, 17 years. I have an 18 year old daughter who is about to graduate from H.S. and a 21 year old step daughter, and a 20 month old son. (Yes, 20 months, as in another baby.) Some people think we're loopy to start all over again and have a baby, But you see, We each had a child from a previous marriage but we never had one together. And we tried for 15 years. We've been through nine miscarriages. But finally! We have our baby boy! He arrived way too early, He was born at 23 weeks gestation. I wasn't even 6 months pregnant when I went into labor. They tried to stop it, but it just wasn't happening. So our son arrived weighing a mere one pound ten ounces. He was 10.5 inches long. Literally a 'palm baby' as he could have easily fit in the palm of your hand.
He was immediately rushed off to the children's hospital where he spent seven long, long months in the NICU. (neonatal intensive care unit)
Obviously, he's home now. And he's doing much better than the Doctor's originally thought he would. He is extremely developmentally delayed, but the delays are to be expected since he spent the first seven months of his life laying in an isolette hooked up to a vent and tubes. He likely has cerebral palsy, but that hasn't been officially diagnosed yet, they tend to wait until they're a bit older before they will make that diagnosis.
He's in therapy twice a week, PT, OT and speech. And he's progressing nicely. He's absolutely beautiful and a real miracle baby!
We're still rejoicing! At last! We have a son!

hello ladies i am 52 and been married to a wonderful man for 15 years and i love him very much.he told me a while back that he had always enjoyed wearing women's clothes.i didn't know how to react but told him o'k.since then i have let him buy a dress and all the things with it.i even put makeup on him and he actually looked pretty good.i told him if he was in a bar guy's would be after him/her.lol it didn't turn me on and we didn't make love the night that i dressed him up and i know he wanted to.what are your feelings on this and can anyone tell me how i could get turned on when he dresses up.i am trying to give him the pleasure of doing this because at least he finally was truthful with me about his fantasy.

I'm a male to female transsexual, I was born intersexed. I had a fairly normal male body and a fairly normal female brain, but the hormone production was totally out of whack from puberty onward.

After accepting the American Medical Association treatment (which has been successfully treating us for more than 35 years now) I transitioned, got the surgery, and changed all my documentation so that I am now legally female.

I'm legally married and have been living as who I am for nearly a decade. Is it alright if I post here? If not, why not?
