recommendations for good workout videos
These past few weeks I just stayed at home and had some writing done. Anyway, the other day I decided to go out and celebrate finishing two chapters of my project. I got shocked, as in totally shocked!!! I can't fit in my jeans at all. So I started working out and got sore all over. I figured I was not doing it the right way. Humbled and still raring to get fit, I decide that I might need a workout routine that can be done at home but still safe. Any ideas where to find exercise videos?

First of all, you have to create an exercise schedule so that you can make it a part of your daily routine. It really depends on how frequently you want to do your workout routines. You gotta have the discipline to follow through with your plans to achieve your goal.
I find videos from Workouts on Demand suitable for me. You can check it out and see if that works for you as well. And remember if you’re a beginner don’t over exert yourself to prevent injuries. Let your breathing be your guide. If you’re out of breath, you’re over doing it. Results may take a while, but you’re working out not having surgery, okay? Good luck on finding the right stuff that suits you. |
Hulu. There are LOADS of exercise videos on Hulu: Hulu - Channels - Food and Leisure - Health and Fitness

You can try Workout Body, Workout Routine, Nutrition Information | BodyRock.tv
I find it has a good mix of videos. However, many of them require equipment.... |
I'm looking for a new Pilates CD to use at home. My only requirement is that the music be excellent, NOT some 1 person on a cheap keyboard using EFX. /don't tell Mr. hunnychile I said that either/ *grin*
Anyone have some suggestions? |
