How many ladies here have a guy with an intense work ethic?

My man is really all about his work, he's trying to focus on getting his career grounded and all that but I think it's past that now--I think it's to the point that he doesn't know how to just live anymore. When we talk, he only really talks about work. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy hearing about it, giving suggestions,etc but it's gotten to the point it feels like that's the only important thing in his life.

What do you do about it? I support each person's right to work / make a life for themselves but how much is too much?

At some point, you have to ask if you're in the relationship alone.

Last time I was with a guy who had no time for me, it ended.

Relationships take involvement, support, and caring.

If you don't get any of that for an extended period of time, then of course you have to question if the way it's working is enough for you.

It could be that this comes and goes in phases, but it's up to you to work out whether having these recurrent phases is something you can deal with and want for yourself.
