Thongs and Anal Sex
 

Based on a random drunken debate a group of us had last night... we were trying to establish whether there is any kind of relationship between liking either of the above... both being butt-related.

I have voted yes to both.

I voted no to both.
Way back in the mid-70's, thongs came out for a short time. I tried them. Bleh. And I sweat-not a good feeling nor would it be a good look. :lol:
Tried anal a couple of times. Can't handle it.

I said I do not like anal sex and do not like thongs. I actually don't mind thongs, but they are not my first choice for underwear. I much prefer boyshort type underwear. I wear thongs when the clothing calls for it or I feel the urge. I just plain don't like anal sex.

I basically don't like wearing thongs, unless I have a good reason to do so (e.g. seducing my husband). :D Then, I'll wear them for a day or evening, just to get us going on a hot night. But overall, I find them terribly uncomfortable, and I much prefer bikini-style underwear that doesn't irritate my butt crack. I also wear them if I am wearing tight-fitting pants that would otherwise show a panty-line, but I try to avoid those...

However, I do like anal sex. It took me a while to learn to relax enough to enjoy it, but now we have anal sex once every couple of months to spice things up. It's best when I've had half a bottle of wine or so... and a vibrator to help out on the front side. Good times. :thumbsup:

I hate thongs, but I will wear a g-string occasionally when the situation calls for it (aka, sex play). Most often though, if I'm wearing pants that call for a thong or g-string...I'll go without underwear altogether. :p

I like anal sex very much.

I wear thongs nearly every day now, and I'd have to be in a very giving mood for anal. It's not my first inclination.

I don't care for anal, but I do like wearing thongs. However, my SO likes less-revealing lingerie, so I don't often wear thongs any more, unless I'm feeling a bit...hot.

I've never had anal sex (not for lack of trying, but my partner is... well-endowed and I epitomize the phrase "Squeal like a pig"), but given my experiences with trying for it, I don't think I'd like it very much. For his sake, I won't give up trying, as long as he only wants to try like... once or twice per year. :lol:

I don't really like thongs, because they're uncomfortable to me. My high school best friend had a "wedgie butt" (i.e. her butt was shaped such that any and all underwear/pants invariably wound up in her crack), and she always loved thongs. In her words, "If I'm going to have something in my ass crack, it might as well be a tiny piece of fabric instead of a yard of cotton".

I do not have a wedgie butt, in fact I rarely ever get a wedgie, and thus thongs are uncomfortable to me. *shrug*

I'll wear a thong occasionally, when I want to feel a little extra sexy. I'd take a pair of cotton bikinis any day over a thong. I also like anal sex. Not everyday, but maybe once or twice a month.

I do like thongs as long as they are comfortable. Most are although I've had a few pairs that aren't so great. I don't wear them much anymore.

I've tried anal, I don't like it. I've even relaxed so it didn't feel too bad, but I can't get into it, it doesn't do it for me.

I like wearing thongs everyday and I don't mind good anal sex. :p

I don't like thongs, I have tried many styles and just don't find them comfortable. I'll wear them if I need to, but I'd prefer not to.

I'll be the first TFP'er here to admit to never having had anal sex. I was very averse to the idea for a long time, but I'm gradually warming up to it and would like to try it in the future.

I like thongs, but not a fan of anal. I was surprised on a drunken night one time and I was so sore I'm a bit apprehensive. Although I do like smaller things like plugs and such. Maybe time will tell, but I'm not begging for it like some appear to be doing. You naughty thing. ;)

and just recently i've actually enjoy anal. seems when you find a decent guy who's willing to not 'rip you a new one' (for lack of a better term) it can be pretty awesome.

Im in the similar spot as grasshopper. I hate thongs and refuse to wear them. I've never had anal SEX per se, but I've had things inserted up the ass, fingers mostly, and I did very much enjoy it.

Best thing for anal is to take it slow - going to a local toy shop or ordering online, using lots of lube, you'll find what works for you. Discovering your pleasure spots before engaging with someone else helps to communicate with them the best ways you enjoy it, and also remove some of the fear you might have had.

But! Always use lube liberally to help maximize your enjoyment :)
