I wanted to share this with all my hormonal friends

The Hormone Hostage knows that there are days in the month when all a man has to do is open his mouth and he takes his life in his own hands!

This is a handy guide that should be as common as a driver's license in the wallet of every husband, boyfriend, or significant other!

DANGEROUS: What's for dinner?
SAFER: Can I help you with dinner?
SAFEST: Where would you like to go for dinner?

DANGEROUS: Are you wearing that?
SAFER: Gee, you look good in brown.
SAFEST: WOW! Look at you!

DANGEROUS: What are you so worked up about?
SAFER: Could we be overreacting?
SAFEST: Here's fifty dollars.

DANGEROUS: Should you be eating that?
SAFER: You know, there are a lot of apples left.
SAFEST: Can I get you a glass of wine with that?

DANGEROUS: What did you do all day?
SAFER: I hope you didn't over do it today.
SAFEST: I've always loved you in that robe!

hehe.. see all those times at a bar where a guy is getting you to drink more are realy just covers for "maybe you should stop eating so many damn pretzels"

Reminds me of what alpha phi said to me yesterday.

He saw me grab four yogurts out of the fridge. Yes four.

And then he asked me "Geez Do you got a yogurt tree sprouting out of your ass yet?!?!" The statement was so outrageous I couldn't help but laugh. It's probably a good thing I understand his sense of humor. He's been picking on me a lot lately about the yogurt. It's the best yogurt I've ever had. It's insanely addictive. I bought a case(48) of it from where I work. (I can get it really cheap) I've only had the yogurt for a week and more than half of it is gone. He doesn't eat it. But in my defense. Yogurt is better for you than candy right? I gave up eating candy about a month ago and yorgurt has gotten me through. I'm rather proud of myself.

I can't help but feel sorry for my guy when my hormones are out of whack. Although, it is rather amusing to see him scramble about, trying to make things better for me...

i'm assuming it's very low-fat or fatfree?

then, if it dont have lots of sugar, is ok..

check ur nutrition labels
