Thought I'd chime in and mention that I am just a sheep like everyone else. I followed the Best Boobies link from Fark :) . I even paid for TotalFark for awhile before getting fed up with it. I think what killed it for me was the mostly horrible people who'd put up replies. I remember one thread in response to an environmental footprint quiz. Not a single person held themselves accountable for their poor quiz rating. All were polluters, and so was I but none of them wanted to own up. They claimed there was something wrong with the quiz.

Heh, don't even know what Fark is... *googles*

Yah, I got here through the FARK titty board link. I'm not too broken up about loosing it though, the rest of the board is much more worthwhile.

To be honest, I came here from the link in the Boobies section in Fark. I once had access to the TB when you didn't have to register, and I was in awe.

However, I registered later when you didn't have that free access, but did not post for a year, and almost forgot about TFP. Recently my internship was so boring that I started posting in various forums. But one forum I liked turned into a Troll Reserve, and I got really pissed by that. Then I remembered TFP, and the word "community" came to my mind. That's when I came back. It's so peaceful here. I love it. It's like a shelter to all the bullshit there is on the internet. And you can feel the solidarity...

But heck, I can't wait to have access to the TB again...
