subscribing to forums
i was just wondering what subscribing to a forum does for you. ok thanks.

I think it would update you on all new post and replys. Not sure though.

it e-mails you when someone replys to a thread you're subscribed to. It's REALLY annoying, and i suggest that you don't use it. bookmarking threads your interested in is a better alternative.

Or, you can do like me and subscribe to threads by default and have a filter set up so that "Reply to post" e-mails go into their own folder :)

(good call smeth, I filter my tfp e-mail anyway, just don't wanna hear every time someone posts. the boards too busy for that). |
