Titles and more...?
I probably shouldn't post this in the newbie board, but I kinda like this board. Dunno why. I also still love sandboxes and making castles in them, but that's a different story all together
Anyway, I am now 'Psycho' (not that I didn't already know this) and have had an avatar for some time and I'm wondering what I have to look forward too. I would love a customisable title so I'm wondering what the requirements are for that. Please note that my days of postwhoring are over and this will most likely not affect my number or the quality of my posts. I kinda hate surprizes actually, they spoil the fun of looking forward to something for me. Which is why I ask. Also should my poor college student self wish to make a donation, how could this poor dutch, no-creditcard student be able to do it?

IIRC you get custom title powers @500 posts but I heard that on v.3 so it may have changed.

Custom titles allow you to cause much strife in your life so that you may end up with something like mine.
I'm very pleased with it

Custom title huh!
All I have now is bad breath with no face. Let me see........ if I dedicate at least three hours a day, seven days a week, averaging 10 posts a day, for three months…….I wont get any work done, leading to the termination of my job! THANKS! All for a little picture and a catchy name.. Kool, anyone hiring? I will be there full time and get half the work done…. |

It gets easier after awhile. You have the forum you like. You have the threads you check to see if anyone noticed you posts or check to see what others are saying. It becomes just a way to do things and the posts they start a flying.

Custom titles are over-rated. I could seriously care less if it says "rookie" or "super-pimp post master of the universe". I'm here to participate in both mindless and intelectual conversations, and help people when I can. It's been kind of nice, since I re-discovered the TFP about 2 months ago.
