4.0? Versions? - Tilted Forum Project Discussion Community

There was a thread on this, but there was scarce info on it.

So this is version 4.0 of the forum. I get that. What happened to cause 3 to become 4? 2 to become 3? 1 to become 2?

Last time I was here it was essentially just the Titty board (cuz I mean, 99% of people here aint here for the convo), and I remember at one point it was pay-to-registerness and the guy I emailed kept trying to convince me to give the forums some money... so basically what I'm asking for is some sort of a timeline in regards to the versions. I'm sure there's some interesting history.

And I'm smacking anyone who says "we didnt know what happened to version X, it disspeared, but it came back a few weeks ago". Geek jokes are uhh-glee.

I was here at the end of 2, but I don't know much about what happened between 2-3. The hard drives failed in v3 and that's how we got to v4. Maybe someone who's been here a little longer than I have can fill in on the other two.
