Well, I read the muther. I hope you got some sort of useful data from it.
I was a good girl and voted yes (but I really wanted to vote no).
Golly, this was an old thread though...I haven't seen Rogue49 in like forever! I hope he's doing well wherever he is...

Lasereth 03-22-2005 02:34 PM

The poll is rather confusing. Do we vote yes if we read the entire thread, or vote yes if we actually responded? You linked another thread that was in a debate over people responding, not people reading. I'll vote No because I'm assuming that the poll is concerning those who read the entire thread.

Cynthetiq 03-22-2005 02:51 PM

read and didn't vote.

KinkyKiwi 03-22-2005 03:21 PM

hambone 03-22-2005 03:36 PM

03-22-2005 03:57 PM

yep, that's me!

I read it and didn't vote. It went in a direction that I didn't expect. As I was clicking, I thought "why am I clicking on a thread I have no idea about? it just says 'poll'. " I then started thinking after the first line that the purpose was to see how many people would click on a thread that has no identifiers just because it's a poll. After reading further, I don't know the purpose. I feel slightly used .

Blackthorn 03-22-2005 07:11 PM

This should be retitled the Seinfeld thread....it's a poll about nothing.

Read it. Voted yes.

heyal256 03-22-2005 07:32 PM

Wow.... I read this thread (and didn't reply but voted when I first saw this thread back in 2003). I only know this because i saw that I voted on this poll without even remembering that I even saw this thread before.

Generally, I will vote and not comment on a thread if I don't think that I would be providing a meaningful or interesting comment.

Kazic 03-22-2005 10:44 PM

Voted Yes..

Seething 03-22-2005 10:52 PM

I voted yes. But was so tempted to say no...

Sticky 03-23-2005 09:10 AM

The original intention was to ask eeverybody that cam in here to vote.
Then I wanted to see the difference between the number of votes and the number of views. I was interested in seeing how far apart the numbers were

calixstus 03-25-2005 02:47 AM

voted yes, read the whole damn thread. interesting

Destrox 03-25-2005 09:37 AM

Yes, I love doing polls. So fun!

pig 03-25-2005 01:40 PM

Damn, if this was an ongoing experiment, I think I might just sit here and reload the page while I'm checking my email.

qtpye4u84 03-25-2005 01:48 PM

I did not vote lol did not know what we were voting about lol.

Gilda 03-25-2005 01:50 PM

I voted no, because I didn't open the thread, didn't vote in the poll, didn't read any of the posts, and definitely don't plan on posting here.

pig 03-25-2005 02:00 PM

ooohh I just reloaded the page again. This is no much betterer than Nonsense. Shit, I might actually go play around over there some. This Friday is not feeling like the day that pigglet gets a lot of shit done.

canuckguy 03-25-2005 03:35 PM
