No Water = No Work?
So a water pipe just broke in our apartment complex. They just now turned off the water so they could fix it. I have to leave for work in about half an hour. I have no water for washing up, brushing my teeth, fixing my hair, etc. So what do I do? Do I call in sick? Do I go into work all gross? And it's a customer service type job so I can't be overly gross.

Too hot in the hot tub!

Two words:
Hobo. Shower. Seriously though, i guess it depends on what you did last night. If you sat on the couch and fell asleep watching "The Golden Girls" then I'd say you're probably not funky enough to make customers pass out or run scrreaming or anything. If on the other hand you partied all night and woke up next to a woman that looked a lot better the night before, then I call in sick. And go to the clinic.

If you're desperate the water in the back of the toilet tank is clean and can be used for a sponge bath (as long as you don't put in those clorox bleach tablets or something like it). You can boil it if it would make you feel better but it's never touched sewage water.
