List of Buddies
I was thinking about the buddies I have, and I realized that I have an excellent list of guys I can turn to in any given situation and get expert advice for free (or in the worst case scenario, a case of beer). I would like to hear about the buddies you have, and the list you think you should have before you are really set for life...
My list: Plumber Electrician Mechanic Car Dealer HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) Lawyer Accountant Physician (surgeon, really) Gunsmith Cop Fly-In Fishing camp owner My wish list: Guy who works at Stadium and can get good/free tickets to concerts Buddy who works at local Brewery ( I know, I know) Travel Agent Restaurant Owner Carpenter Video Store guy Now, I don't put this list here to say: a) that I use my friends, b) you can only be my friend if I need your expertise; c) I am shallow; Because I am not. I make sure I do favours in kind, and that they are of the same magnitude of the recieving favour. I was just thinking about it, and was wondering what my fellow TFP friends thought...

It's an interesting question... but I've honestly never thought of friends, really people in general, in terms of what they can do for me...
Unless of course you are independently wealthy and are willing to buy me a house in the islands with a a scantily clad native beefcake fetching me cold bevereges and sushi... I could use one of those friends...
