Been to NYC many times, inlcuding the Met Museum, but I think the Guggenheim kicks Met ass. Been to Yellowstone, lived near the San Fran bay and have seen it more times than I can count, and Niagra Falls - the most impressive of those on the list.
Though I think the natural dunes in the Outer Banks put all of that to shame.

I think the NY skyline is a wonder. The sheer number of very tall buildings is unrivaled anywhere.

I've seen other neat places/things, but they didn't make the list. |

I've seen all of the US and Mexico ones, and I"ll be seeing the HK harbor in December, but other than that I haven't. How is Lake Geneva not a wonder while the NY skyline is? I'm a little curious who came up with this list.

Does anyone else think seeing such places is not all it's cracked up to be?
I've seen so many of them on films anyway. What I will remember when I'm summing up my life is the best friends I've made and sorry to be crude but yes some of the women I've 'laid'. I've had one on one expericences I'll remember far more than seeing a building....

San Fransisco, NY and Florence cityscapes are hardly one of the 100 wonders of the world IMO (nothing against those city's or it's citizens). Banff/Jasper would give Yosemite a run for it's money also

I've only seen Yellowstone, the New York City skyline, and the Grand Canyon...and that was in an airplane..sheesh. I really regret not making Stonehenge when I was in England, but I just didn't have enough time.
Hubby has seen quite a few of them though...he told me all about them and said it was a bummer I couldn't be there because he knew how much I'd enjoy them.
