Katrina and FX' Oilstorm
 

Did anyone else see this "docudrama" on FX in June? Oilstorm is a fictional story about a Cat. 6 Hurricane in the gulf that hits New Orleans, detroys the city and causes chaos with our petro infrastructure. It's presented as a post-facto documentary. It was a very insightful TV movie (as are many of the ones FX puts out), but now it rings a different tone, and is a bit eerie in light of the fact that, as of now, about the first 45 minutes of the movie have taken place on queue in real life.
