lol that has actually happened to me one time. I was sitting in my chair in my romo when I was about 12 watching a movie, and i fell asleep suddenly for some reason, and I wake up about an hour later to this spectacle. well i panicked and even though I had the remote in my hand it took me a minute to change the channel. |
i've habitually fallen asleep to the TV for years and I don't think, or at least don't remember, such a thing ever happening. Odd.

The tv timer goes into use effective today... I awoke to some infomercial that talked about bowel movements for a good 15 minutes...That's way too much 'shit' before coffee. The product was for some sort of spring cleaning system for your colon.. and I learned way more about colon plaque than I ever wanted to know at 0500...
Nope, falling asleep with television on is bad... |

Once I was watching the Sex Pistols' documentary 'the filth and the fury' and I fell asleep... and I had a very, very chaotic dream- imagine being among all those punks. I somehow enjoyed it and pretty much thought it was real (during the dream)- and a minute or two after I woke up and it was showing the last bit of the movie when Johnny Rotten said, 'ever had the feel of being cheated?'
It was weird. And another time when I was watching Donnie Darko (for the nth time), again I fell asleep. And in my dreams, the big bunny rabbit actually said 'Wake up Derek, wake up' instead of 'Wake up Donnie, wake up'... I was very confused when I woke up. Joy of falling asleep during watching movies which you remember by heart. ;) |
