Unless for some reason you need to conduct business with an online company, I'd recommend you check out your yellow pages under screen printing (or something similar) for businesses in your area that could make the shirts for you.
Also, you could go here (Google local) and type in something like screen printing or silk screen or custom t-shirts in your city. I've done some self-designed silk screened t-shirts at a couple nearby places several times. I think you might find, as I have, that actually talking to someone in person about what you want, with your design right there for them to see and to work with, will yield better results than trying to deal with some distant internet-based company. There are other disadvantages to the internet companies too, like shipping costs, to name one. If you check out a local place of business, you can even request to see some of their previous work to see if it's actually good. Good luck!
