Poseidon Underwater Resort

First it was the Ice Hotel but now we have an under water resort. Would you stay in such a place? The bahamas are pretty nice above water. As a diver I really enjoyed San Salvador in the Bahamas island chain but an under water resort? Is this pretty cool or just a gimmick that won't last?

At $1500 a night, it's pretty safe to say that I won't be going anytime soon. :) If I could afford it, sure, why not? I remember hearing about Jules' Undersea Lodge in the Keys way back when, and that sounded pretty cool at the time. (Yes, I know it's different from this resort because it's an underwater habitat, etc.)

I imagine it'll do rather well - the novelty factor, plus 5-star accomodations should do a lot for it.

Doesn't Epcot Center have some sort of underwater restaurant? I really enjoyed Atlantis.. and I'd go back there in a heartbeat if it didn't cost almost $5000 for the two of us for 4 days.
