Can someone help me find out where this is?

It's SO gorgeous, and if it's a reasonable drive for a weekend I want to go see this place.

TIA.

Uhh, it's a church.

But seriously, where did you come across this pic? I see it's linked to photobucket, but do you have any other back ground?

I know it's a church . . . thanks.

If I had any more background to this picture I would have found it out myself. That's why I'm posting it here.

I think it's really cool that you find beauty in that picture/place have the devotion to consider finding it. Best of luck!

Hmm... to me it looks like the church that the used in "the patriot." The one where the british burn it down with all the people inside. Really beautiful though.

I can't find a good picture, and I'm on the wrong side of CT to drive and take a picture (maybe someone closer can check for me,) but that appears to be the First Baptist Church in Newport, RI

while it's a bit blurry one would easily say that it's not the same place.

Hmm, I was only able to find photos, and there was some small church I visited there that reminded me of it. Looks like I'm too late anyway.

Looked up the pics file name. Found a blog with it and the person said it's in Florida and is with other old buildings. Found a site for Florida's museums. Looked at the museum sites that would have old buildings like "Yesteryear Village".

Wow research via the internet. Amazing.

I must applaud iamnormal for doing it though. I read this post and thought, "If you really want to find it, do it your damn self." Guess I'm just a bastard like that.
