Favorite Fast Food?

What's your vice when it comes to fast food? Why?

For me, it's gotta be Burger King. Their fries are simply the best in my opinion. I can't get enough of Burger King. I used to eat it 4 days out of every week.

Discuss!

Taco Bell or Carl's Jr (roughly equivalent to Hardees for you East Coasters). At TB I like their bean burritos and at Carl's Jr I like their Famous Star. Mmm. I might have to stop by there before class...

1) Harvey's Cheeseburger with the works inclduing banana peppers, plus onion rings (real ones that burn your chin if you don't bite through them all the way)

2) Lick's Homeburgers

3) New York Fries with malt vinigar, ketchup & Mayo.

4) Taco Bell's Fries supreme (kind of a tex/mex spin on poutine)

Wendy's except for the french fries. They have a very short shelf life before going soft.

Wendy's was great, but then they left the sunny shores of england after failure, i think people couldn't get used to square meat. So now in the classical sense burger king is the best, how i'm loving the sandwiches from subway or Pret (they btw are so so much better).

Do wendys still do frosty's or whatever they were called, the cross between the shake and icecream. So yummy.

Yep. And over in America, we just had Free Frosty Weekend. As many free frosties as your cashier felt like giving you, with no purchase necessary.

There are not many fast food items I can tolerate, but a rare few I actually do crave at times. Here they are:

Taco Bell crispy burritos (esp. beef)
Dairy Queen mud pie Blizzard
McDonald's french fries
Wendy's Frosty

...aaaand, the absolute top fast food item of all time for me:

Jack in the Box's chicken supreme sandwich.

Which, sadly, they took off the menu a few years ago. I was very upset, and now I have no reason to eat there.

Good onion rings are difficult to come by in the few fast food restaurants around here that have them. And I don't care what's in the chili just slather it on and I'm one happy camper.

If you're talking national or regional chains, it'd have to be Togo's or Baja Fresh. But the real answer is, any good taqueria that serves a decent burrito (one that takes two hands to eat) or a plato especial -- a special plate with a pile of meat (asada, chicken, carnitas, whatever), beans, rice, cheese, guac and sour cream, and lettuce, served with eight or ten small corn tortillas. You make your own tacos.

Oh God...there are only two Del Tacos in all of Oregon--one about 20 miles from where I live and one about 40. The one farthest away, in Salem, is the one I get to the most--friends live around there and we ALWAYS end up going there to eat. I personally LOVE the fact they serve crinkly fries with tacos. So good.

free frosty weekend was sweet! the feeling of driving up to the drive thru window, saying "i'd like two free frosties, please", driving around the building and have some guy hand them to you ABSOLUTELY FREE was awesome. i wish i'd had the foresight to post about it here. i hope someone did.

Baja Fresh is really good, although I'm not sure I would consider that 100% Fast Food....it's cooked right there in front of you...not pre-packaged and sitting on heated surfaces...but...um...it's served relatively fast?

I generally try not to eat "real" fast food, but I guess if I had no other choice (you know...sometimes on road trips you're starving and the only things around are a wendys, mcdonalds and taco bell....), it would be taco bell.

We don't have Taco Bell in Quebec, due to language laws. Here, my favorite fast-food places are Subway, Burger King, Wendy's and Harvey's.
However, when I'm in W.Va., it's Taco Bell every day pretty much! Their fiesta potatoes rock my socks.
