Depends on how large the slices are, and how good the pizza is. On average, I'd say 3-4, though I CAN eat more than that if I'm in the mood.

An unanswerable question, unless you also include:
  • size (diameter) of pizza
  • number of slices on the pizza
  • thin / regular / Chicago crust
  • lots of toppings, few toppings, or none
and probably some others as well.

I like a thin crust on a large pizza, max 2 toppings, and I'll take 3 slices.

Oh, this is a huge weaknes for me....

If it's really good, I can eat a whole medium, or 3/4 of a large pizza. I don't even want to know how many calories that is.

On average, I like to try to stay around 5-6 too.

well, depends on the pizza, what's on it, and how hungry I am. Back when Pizza Hut did those "Big Foot" pizza's, I could down 1 of those by myself easily when I was starving.

These days though, I can maybe handle 3 slices if I'm REALLY hungry. I don't really eat all that much these days, my stomach can't handle it. I'm still only able to eat one full meal per day without getting sick.

Can we say "pig"?

2 slices. 2nd one I usually end up picking at, although for some reason, a pizza hut meatlovers I can eat half a medium one.

I usually eat 3-8 depending on the size and how hungry I am. At college when my meal card runs out and I haven't ate in a day or two I can eat an entire large pizza. That's probably why I'm a fatass on retrospect.

One if it's my homemade pizza (which is huge with a lbs of cheese plus toppings, two if it's Pizza Hut or Dominos, and three if it's storebough cardboard pizza. That's the usual. If I'm really hungry, it's sitting out like at a party, or I'm alone I may eat a lot more. I've never eaten a whole storebought pizza so I guess no more than seven pieces of that MAX.

I'm a constant snacker but I can never just sit and chow down a lot at once.

I've been known to put away a Round Table or Pizza Hut medium pepperoni myself. And I could probably do the same for a large if I tried.

For some reason I just keep eating pizza if it is there - it's the only food that does that to me. Even if I am full from a previous meal. I'm just strange that way.

When splitting a pizza with two or three friends, I can limit myself to three or four good-sized pieces. But with nothing holding me back, I'd eat somewhat more than half -- say, 7 pieces out of 12.

If it's a vegetarian pizza, or at least one without too much sausage on top, I can eat a whole large without stopping. I _really_ like pizza.

Depends on the hunger. I have the worst eating habits ever. If I haven't eaten since the morning before (yeah, whoops) I'll eat at least 3/4 of a large pizza with gobs of toppings.

On a regular day, maybe 5-6 slices, about half a pizza. Since on a regular day, I'm still not likely to have eaten more than a couple cookies 9+ hours ago.

And somehow, I remain over 6' and under 160lbs. May this never change.

Yeah, this probably is all done for bragging rites, somewhere along the line. I'm actually surprised at how little some of the women eat, but I guess it all makes sense. My friend will eat lunch, pack away a large pizza for dinner... and be snacking an hour later. I'd rather eat less if I could, but I think that would start with actual fixed meals, and not my usual "ooh, someone put pizza in front of me, time to eat."

i can go a full pizza (8 slices) fairly easily..

i find this post weird though.. because i thought everyone could do that.. take me and my mates for example, we'd all eat a pizza each, easily.. this would make me laugh/think about 80's movies/tv shows where the teenagers would order pizza... they'd order one between at least three males... then you'd see the morning after shot, after the "party", and theres always a piece of pizza left in the box... I was doubtful there would be any left... but, according to some of your accounts, it may be more realistic than i thought.. or.. you might just have lost your appetite as you got older.. ?!

I'd say 6 since I usually get about a 10" to 12" diameter "personal" size for myself which is cut into 6. If we get a large, I go for at least 4.

Since it's now 11:38am here, I'm now gonna have to get one for lunch since you made my stomache growl. It will be eggplant parmesan with a little chopped scallions and genoa salami, one of my fav's of their standard selections.

I can eat two frozen pizzas in one sitting by my self. I'm also 18 and runs. When Augi and I get together the pizza has no chance of survival.

Our newest goal? Go to St. Loius and eat a pizza for money in under an hour, post pizza specifics later.
